Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Jeremy Pastel, his companies, and how to work together.
I'm a French-American entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. For more than 25 years I've built businesses in telecom, AI, communications, and sports representation — always with the same philosophy: execution beats ideas.
Great ideas are everywhere. What separates successful companies from unsuccessful ones is consistent execution. I believe systems, discipline, speed, and accountability matter more than having the perfect idea. That philosophy has shaped every company I've built.
People often think telecom, AI, sports, and communications are unrelated. I see them differently. Every business I build solves a problem I encountered while building the previous one. Rather than chasing industries, I build systems that solve real problems.
VoxSun is the cloud telecom infrastructure company I launched in 2010. It powers communication systems, AI voice applications, and business automation platforms for companies across North America and Europe.
Most companies in this space are AI tools layered on someone else's network. VoxSun is the network — a carrier-grade telecom operator, not a reseller. That's what lets BoostMyDeal run AI sales automation on infrastructure I actually control, instead of renting it.
BoostMyDeal is an AI sales automation platform built on VoxSun's carrier infrastructure. It turns conversations, leads, and follow-ups into structured sales pipelines using AI call analysis, automated follow-ups, and CRM integrations.
BoostMyCom is my communication and digital visibility agency, specialized in social media marketing and content creation for a wide range of businesses — including campaigns like the Jean Pascal vs. Sergey Kovalev boxing promotion and Bruny Surin's brand repositioning.
BoostMySport is my sports representation agency, providing career strategy, negotiation, and brand development support to professional athletes — including Dodi Lukebakio's €20 million transfer from Watford to Hertha Berlin, and work with clubs like Le Havre HAC, Sevilla FC, FC Nantes, PSG, and others.
Precision Play Soccer is a talent detection and development program I launched in 2024, connecting young soccer players with professional development opportunities across the USA and Canada.
It's the strategic business development framework I developed from years of building companies across telecom, communications, sports, and technology — built around five pillars: Opportunity Clarity, Execution Speed, Strategic Negotiation, Resource Efficiency, and Discipline & Structure.
I wrote it because most business advice focuses on strategy and ideas, when the real gap for most entrepreneurs is execution. The book distills what I learned building companies across very different industries into a practical method — not theory.
It actually started with athletes I was already working with through BoostMyCom on their marketing strategy and image — they started asking me to represent them directly. I said no at first, but one thing led to another, and I ended up applying the same business logic I use everywhere else. A few months after getting into it, I closed my first transfer.
My first major transfer was Dodi Lukebakio's move from Watford to Berlin, Germany — a deal with a transfer value of over €20 million. That figure reflects the transfer fee paid between clubs, not my personal commission.
Yes, I'm a FIFA-licensed agent, which allows me to represent and negotiate on behalf of professional football players through BoostMySport and Precision Play Soccer.
“On Cartonne Ça” is my entrepreneurship TV show, where I share practical business insights, interviews, and lessons on execution and success. It's broadcast in Canada, the Caribbean, and Africa.
GorillaNerd was an earlier technology venture of mine, offering web hosting and domain names, part of the broader ecosystem of companies I've built over the years.

Yes — I train daily in boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Judo as part of a disciplined morning routine, and I compete regularly in both Judo and BJJ.
Combat sports are where I put the same discipline I apply in business to the test — there's no faking preparation on the mat. It keeps me sharp, and it's a daily reminder that consistent execution beats sporadic brilliance.
No — I get asked that a lot because of the way I look, but I was never a professional football/soccer player. Like I always say, my game is business, and it's the biggest and most difficult game there is. I don't need to know how to score a penalty to get a multi-million dollar deal signed, though. I'm more into combat sports — I've been boxing for years, and I also compete in BJJ and Judo.
